I wanna make it a rule that everyone must post their Casino designs in the Screenshots section I tried to make a WHYDW Thread there, but when I click "Create Thread" nothing happens... I think responses are delayed because most people are waiting to receive all buildings/items before committing to a setup, myself included. But I wanted to share my fountains on SH tiles, as I thought it might give others something to toy with! I'm probably going to tweak them later, but for now, the center is the stable fountain, and the other ones descend outwards, in order. I was inspired by gkpiggy 's water-based casino area. Lots of possibilities with these tiles!  Oh, and I love what you did with your pillars! |

Oooh, I just realized that if you put one of those fountains on an individual tile, there's enough room to also add small items around the edges, such as spotlights and potted plants.  |

I have more ideas to share! For those pink resort buildings, if you use the construction in the following pic, or one similar, you have enough space to stick items within it, adding to the illusion! This doesn't even have to be casino-area related. Stud it with leprechauns/whatever.  Moe's petting zoo has plenty of critters built into the main component. So if you purchased the extra ones, they're expendable. Try working the elephant/mammoth into your safari-casino setup! The pig-peacock works great with the Peacock casino! The donkey-octopus could be used at the Clam theater... thingy, the freak show building, or elsewhere!   Oh, and by the way, that huge-ass tree works great for covering the end of a monorail track.  The car valet works pretty well at plugging a mall-station stop (I'm still working on this one).   |

I went for the traditional "strip" layout. I was so happy I was able to fit everything into the new land area. It actually worked well with my existing town as I had Plato's Casino already established along with all the bars and adult entertainment. lol.  |

LSLeong That looks awesome! The checkerboard stars are my favorite part. Also, if when we get night mode, your monorail is going to have a stretch that'll be like riding the riverboat in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

This is still very much subject to change  After some new found love for the game my town is up to date, full and complete. I'm about 25 items shy of the item cap but every space in my town is designed to my liking +1 I just really hope with any new land comes a new item limit    |

A quick ride on my Vegas area monorail I also made one with "Viva Las Vegas" as the song ( Viva Las Springfield), but it didn't turn out as well as this one. |

You're all miles ahead of me. With the exception of deciding I want to put the critters from Moe's petting zoo with the Safari casino, I've got no ideas. All I can say to my neighbors is, don't be surprised if I steal find inspiration in some of your ideas. I'm especially looking at you Miss juliusgulius. Yes I do plan on swiping the fountain idea.  |

Leilani- You've been putting your whole town back after the nuke (and it's coming together quite nicely), so the casino area will come too. With the rumored Badlands coming, I will probably have to move eveything as soon as I get it to where I want it!

Duff Dawg ... you really need to pay closer attention to the dialog. At the end of the quest line it mentions that "if you liked the desert of Las Springfield, you will love our next Desert looking event" or something similar to that. P.S. I like how some of the previously released buildings play off each other.. Buckingham Pay-less Motel is a no-brainer next to the Britannia Casino. And Efcot Center works well with the Peacock Casino, geometrically speaking. I put Woodstock into inventory until I can figure out what to do with it (I don't like the design or scale of it).. I'll probably put Cletus's dice den and the Safari away too after the event.  Full Size Link |

Loving the designs so far.... Me personally? Inventoried everything after the event...
Found a job finally and started 3 weeks ago so I've been exhausted and gotten nowhere with the redesign post-nuke.... and I hate trying to design stuff during events... so yeah.. I dunno.. my town redesign is taking much longer than I had hoped...
