Wasn't really happy with the area before so this update was a nice excuse to work-out something else. Repositioned the pier entrance so that I've got this cute little forrest before entering either the pier or heights. Might change a few things still, only worked on it the last hour orso. An update with a gravel/dirt road would be awesome EA.

My springfield heights is still a mess, thinking about getting all the real estate extras before actually moving into that area. Just a million away from the Ziff Mansion (without using donuts)
