Alright, so I had a really difficult time trying to figure out where to post this, and ultimately decided to place it here, in case any of you would ever like to join fellow TSTOers, and forum members, for a round of "Simpsons Mafia." This is hosted in the Noiseland Arcade section of the forum, which can be found on the home page. The thread is locked once a game is engaged. It's much like a murder-mystery; a player is killed off every day or two, voted on... or conspired upon... by his or her peers.

minky, rootz, and Gary are currently hosting the second edition. If there's a third game and you're interested in playing, keep your eyes open for a recruitment thread in Noiseland Arcade. I imagine the hosts will need at least a couple-of-weeks break, if not a month, once this game finishes though, ha.

In any case, even if not interested, I thought you might appreciate the art from the ongoing game, and the unfolding of events.

For active players, this serves as a handy visual guide.

25 people, 3 groups: 4 Barflies, 4 Mafia, and 17 Townies. Townies always lose, because they're not privy to who their teammates are, unlike Barflies and Mafia, and apparently people behave like morons when placed in such large groups. hrrumph.

What a joy it is to be able to edit once again.

I had to put the flag partially out of sight, due to needing the remaining open spaces for future deaths/characters. I tried sketching it into more places than I care to share, before settling on this one.

Oh, man. I'm going to have to go back and reword some of the main post tonight. I didn't finish it until 4 A.M., so was dragging by the time I went to write in the explanation. The intermediate font could be taken down a couple of notches too.

Thanks! While the actual game threads are locked, the recruitment threads aren't. They can be found in Noiseland Arcade (there isn't one currently active for game 3 though). I'll tag you when it pops up, so you don't miss it! It could be a couple of weeks from now, or a couple of months. The hosts do a heck of a lot of work in organizing/writing, so probably want a break after the current game ends.

I wanted to offer someone else the opportunity to do the next group pic, but if no one is interested, I'll be on it! Maybe a jungle theme, or crypt...

That's a tough one, as all known Barflies are going into the yellow barrels, and I need to show that your identity was revealed... BUT... I think I have just the thing.
