Ooh I like that. There could be different tasks for night, I think Snake would be busy!

Dude, that's an awesome picture of what it should look like. I've been hoping for night for a long time, especially night where it works off your time zone. It would up the level of connectedness to the game and bring some fun variation and animation to it.
I don't know anything about how games are made, but it seems like it'd be an easy thing to do that would pep the game up.

My game would be pretty dark I don't think I've ever used any street lights

And here is another reason to make it! I see that using a street light in many people cities are very situational. It'd be cool that stredt lights become must-have decoration.
I think making night is not so hard task for EA. It should be harder to make tap ball games animations?

Unfortunately, I was not played TSTO few years ago. But I searched it on wiki and it seems pretty cool too.

Night time mode would be awesome. I never use street lights as there's no point. If we could change our towns to night, I would use more.

Hrrrm would be interesting if TSTO ran on a 24 hour clock where it switched between night and day appropriately.... but that'd probably require a pain in the arse amount of programming, coding, etc.

Geographical location can be translated into sun up/down on various meteorological sites... Vóila, you can have localized light/dark, that is accurate to where you live (or atleast play)... The coding part, would not be a big issue..

Well...
There is already some sort of night/day time function in the game..
Business Center change appearance; Normally, the windows are green, but (roughly) 23:00 to 7:00 (CET), the windows change to yellow, giving it a night time look and humanoid shadows are visible..
