"International flags" discussion, help, and suggestions

Okay, so I got way more into this than I thought I would. I blew an hour-and-a-half playing around with these today when I should have been doing other things. I'm out of procrastination time, but I'm wondering what character nationalities I'm missing. Was the lunch lady Russian? I'm drawing a blank.
In any case, here's what I have so far. Keep in mind, some of these need tweaking in their placement.
German:
Scottish (I might designate one of the default houses as Willie's, and move this one there):
Japanese (this obviously needs better decorating):
There's a pretty funny, brief dialogue generated by that one, btw.
French:
Donut (I might move this to the Simpson's house):
Italian (it also works well with any mob-related building):
Irish (careful when purchasing; I accidentally bought the Ivory Coast flag first, almost identical):
Mexican:
Fart:
----------------
So can you think of any character nationalities missing from above? And what did you do with the more silly flags, or any of the flags for that matter? Yes, they can be placed on the docks, woot.
Also, what do you think of the inclusion/disclusion of particular nations? E.g. There's a flag for South Korea, but not North Korea; I imagine Kim Jong Un just broke his iPad.
