The original author is Alissa, from tstoaddicts.com. I cleaned up (and reworded) her version to make it more readable. All credit goes to her for gathering the actual content (whether she also referenced another source or not).Note: I highlighted important "marker" points in red.Cecil’s Redemption Pt. 1Auto start Make Cecil make amends. - 4hrs, Earns $175. 45xp Cecil’s Redemption Pt. 2Lisa starts Make Springfielders vote on whether Cecil can stay. – x4. 1hr, Earns $70, 17xp Freemium, $105, 26xp Premium Cecil’s Redemption Pt. 3Homer starts Build Monsarno Research – Free. 8hr build After completion, the event will kick off. You’ll see the prize icon & new store items. Cecil’s Redemption Pt. 4Lisa starts Complete Cecil’s Tasks. – Check out the daily tasks and complete them. Scientophagy Pt. 1Cletus starts Make Cletus make a donation to science. – 8hrs, Earns 9 Fertelizer, 70xp Scientophagy Pt. 2Homer starts Upgrade Monsarno Research to Level 3.Make Homer Advance Food Science– 4hrs, Earns $175, 45xp Scientophagy Pt. 3Homer starts Make Lisa protest Monsarno playing God. – 4hrs, Earns $175, 45xp Chaos She-ory Pt. 1Lisa starts Make Lisa free the mutant vegetables. – 1hr, Earns $70, 17xp Completing this task will unlock the ability for you to tap mutant vegetables wandering around your town. They’ll now start spawning in your Springfield and you can tap them for shovels, fertilizer, corn, and mutant seedlings. Chaos She-ory Pt. 2Lisa starts Deploy mutant seedlings in other Springfields. – Visit neighbors and deposit mutant seedlings. Note: you do not start with many, so use them wisely. This task unlocks neighbor actions. So now you’ll be able to leave seedlings as well as tap mutants in others' towns. At this point you’ll see some dialogue from Sideshow Bob pop-up foreshadowing what’s going to happen as the event unfolds. --------- For more thorough information, reference Solar Dragon's Wiki page here

Dumb question but how do you earn corn? I can't upgrade the Monsarno research? I hope its not at Cleutus house because I have 20 days left for my current crop of corn

Or if neighbors drop mutant seeds in your town, sometimes they give corn too.

Not all characters have corn tasks; just tap a character (make sure it isn't wearing a special skin), to see if there's something available. Sorry for the delayed response; I don't have notifications for thread comments activated. *I've created some posts that generated a lot of replies, so I learned long ago to switch them off, ha.* Most people, myself included, have "tagging" and "quoting" notifications activated though. So if you put an "@" in front of a person's user name, or use the quote button, you'll get a much quicker response next time! the1fed <------------- See? That's what tagging does.

Does anyone know if the farmer market goes away in 4 days when new prizes come? Because I definitely won't be able to get it without donuts by then.

According to the Wiki they stick around after the end of each act. I'll have enough corn, but it's going to be real close when it comes to fertilizer, and there will be upgrades to the building to get going so that characters can start earning the new stuff (DNA for Act 2). If I'm real close I'll put off upgrading the building, but I don't want to do that for too long.

The farmers markets look like sh*t, im upgrading monsarno. Atleast they give out decent looking buildings Upgrading Monsarno is the way to go if you aren't super close to getting the market. You're going to get a boost in your corn rate at some point, as well as your fertilizer. Eventually, those boosts are going to start alternating for each upgrade, but as the upgrades are endless, I read that it may be wise to not get overly excessive with them. Here's a page that lists the benefits of each upgrade: Monsarno
