18000 carbon rods though for the third prize from the first event? Shiiiiittttt... I only have 1500 today and I visited all my neighbours (although their numbers have somewhat depleted over the past few events. Some I've dumped and... some....have...dumped...me...by mutual consent of course) This means it will take me 12 days just to get the first three prizes. I don't think I'm going to make it, I can't buy my way out either as after a series of poor investments (fancy trees, fast cars, whales etc.) one finds oneself rather low on the old confectionary goods. I could swallow my pride and head down to the 'add me' section but could I do more grinding than I did today?I'm Probably not. The winter update of 2012 is long since past.

Where's the excel spreadsheet guy? The one who tells you how many rods you'll need each day. He'll know what to do....

I was looking at the numbers regarding carbon rods too...some sites are reporting that we have until March 24 to collect 18000 carbon rods, and the new issues add on top of that, although I doubt that's the case. As long as I don't have to shell out any donuts I'm all good.

I miss the days of late 2013/early 2014, where it wasn't so much an effort to finish the update as it was an effort to get more donut bonuses. Then again, that was also the time of the wheel so I'm kinda conflicted here.

The Great Nosepicking Skyfinger is only able to arrest a total of 90 criminals when doing visits.

And you don't need to leave things untapped for visitors.

I cleared everything in one of my towns, and immediately visited from another. Almost all buildings had phones on them.

In fact, if you have a lot of decorations, you may need to collect everything. Between criminals and spotlight beams, i am noticing serious lag. Which cleared after i had collected everything and cleared spotlights.

If over the full 32 days, you need to gather 579 Carbon Rods per day to get all Issue 1 prizes.
It would be impossible in 5 days..... 3,700 per day!!!!

you can also use Fruit Bat Man to capture criminal and he is only a 3 hour apprehension rather than the 4 hours by Fall Out boy and Homer

No. You need to finish Fallout Boys quest line to get his and Piemans tasks. The others showed after i reached that point in their quests.

Are you talking about Rex Banner? I don't see a job for him that earns bars, but I'm only at the double task quest for FOB where you have to have him find new exclamations..
