If EA told you we could fix this before them, that's normal. Hopefully you are playing an official EA version. Reset some buildings. If that fixes it, that is the solution. Otherwise EA has to help you; but they won't if they think you hacked the game. Yeah I definitely didn't hack the game in anyway, it just spazzed out a little and then all the stuff was like that. Resetting buildings only fixes half the problem since it won't let me do it to all of them, but it seemed kind of like EA was going to look into it but at the same time I wasn't 100% sure so I posted here to cover all my bases. I'll just keep my fingers crossed (or be without some things for a month and a half yikes), thanks for responding! |

Could try freeing up all of your characters that are currently tasked by storing the characters and/or buildings. Then, log out, exit the game, and clear your cache. Then, uninstall the game and restart your device. Then, download and install it again. |

Anyone else notice that Rail Against the Machine Pt. 5 - "Make Conductor Homer Conduct the Monorail x3" - has disappeared?
I completed 2 out of the 3 then nothing.....

Waiting a few hours to make it continue.. Hopefully, it wont disappear beforehand.. Going to a cocktail party in 8 hours, so there is a genuine risk of severe hangover tomorrow; perfect for a 12 hour task.. |

Lastnight, I was moving my train tracks and suddenly the Central Station, a bunch of tracks, the mountains and a few buildings disappear. While rendering issues have occurred before, these stay gone and items reappear in my store to purchases including the project board.
anyone with similar issues/any solutions?

I was having exactly the same issue. I had to remove all the track I had just placed, but it seems to be fine now, although it may now be a while before I attempt to place tracks again. |

Help! I can't hand in projects. If I go to the tab on the project board it takes me to the store to add the project board. If I try to add it (it's already added though) it says I have zero $. After which all the yards disappear and a huge number of other buildings.
I saw a note about track placed in water so I removed all that track and restarted.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game but didn't fix the issue.
Any suggestions?

It is a really bad glitch. It sounds like your project board and some other buildings have disappeared. Try storing all of the tracks you have in your town. Also try deleting some of your bridges, if you don't have a lot. Then, exit the game and force-close the process. Return to your town to see if your missing buildings and project board return. If they don't come back after a little while, contact EA and ask them to revert your town. Let us know how everything goes. Btw, what kind of device do you play on? And how close were these missing buildings and project board to your tracks? Finally, do you have a lot of tracks compared to most of your neighbors? How about decos?

Today, a bug have introduced itself in my game..
When I press move-button, the game crash..
Maybe it's unreleated, but it started after I reached the donut-bonus in the Railyard..
I have tried to power off/on my iPad.
I have closed (unloaded) the app completely.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it..
Nothing helps..
Anyone who have experienced this?

I just had the same thing happen to me now after getting the 5-track prize from the rail yard. I hit the "move" button and my game shuts down. Glad to know its not my phone.

I don't think it's related to the rail yard only because after receiving the 5 tracks I was able to place them no problem and just a few hours ago bought a bunch of deco for SH, all of a sudden after checking forum I went back and now anything involving the move screen (moving, placing aomething from storage, buying something, holding item to move it) all crashes the game, and since that time I have not received the last rail yard prize yet. They tweaked something, probably has to do with the update coming down soon, and I imagine it should hopefully be fixed soon as well
In the past couple hours since buying SH deco I've just been reading scorch trials while building up resources for SH and rail yard since I'm about 10k blueprints needed in about 12 hours? Or whatever it's at.. So I'm grinding for that. But that's the same actions I've been doing all morning too..

Crash Bug in Move-button have solved itself (for me)... It was there all evening, and now it's gone, this morning..

Since upgrading to the end of the Monorail event, when I pass a milestone in the rail yard to get track pieces, it doesn't award them, and then just carries on going up, so I'm on 31,400 / 30,000 with no pieces for reaching 30k.

There is a workaround: Visit Krustyland or a friend and return to your town... Then you'll get the prize.. |
