WOOHOO! Got through my neighbour visits (except for the few I managed to visit yesterday & are due in about an hour) WITHOUT BART SCREEN! First time it's happened in days.....quite a satisfying feeling actually....is that weird?  |

Anyone else getting crashes massively? I can't get the game to load and stay open... First time crashed immediately, then I got to the daily bonus box then crash, then i got loaded to the game and tried to clear a handshake, and crash.. Now it just crashed before loading my town.. >.<

Lots of loading, and crashing issues for me since the super hero update. There is absolutely no chance for me to catch up without spending money on donuts. EA seems to be willfully neglecting server issues in order to drive sales of donuts.

I reinstalled the game on my Nexus 5 and it cleared my crashing right up. Files must get corrupted after a while. Oh I also wiped data.

Can't get in and multiple crashes , I hope it's my wifi and not the game. Worst level up for me. Can you switch to LTE? I find with my phone if I get the Bart screen of anger, I can switch to LTE and it works. Or switch to WiFi, whichever the case may be. |

Just noticing there are many more wifi networks in the neighborhood, I switched it off, and back on but no game. The signal on my iPad looks weak, I can't switch to LTE as I only use wifi in the house for the game. Thanks. Go find your wireless device, power it off (or unplug it) for at least 10 seconds. |

After a long time without any problems in the last few days the Bart screen gets common again. Really annoying.

I am having issues with some of the town's I visit looking "shaky". Not stable. I also keep expecting to be knocked off as I see a tinge of green when I enter my own town. All other sites and games are fine! GRRRR

Is anyone else having lots of trouble getting on today? It's taking forever to load, and if it does, it only plays for about two minutes until it goes to the Bart screen. I don't know if my crappy Wi-Fi is extra crappy today or if it has to do with the game.

I haven't been able to get into my game in the past 24 hours. It won't get past the loading the screen, then takes me to the Bart 'can not connect to server' screen. I'm connected to my wifi, have shut down all other apps on my iPad - have even restarted my IPad (not sure what difference that would actually make, but thought it worth a try), but I'm still unable to get on.
Really frustrating, especially when there is an event going on. Will this sort itself out eventually, or am I looking at possibly never getting into the game again in this account? :/

(iPhone/Android) Be warned if you need to install it on another device it will use about 500MB of data to download  Sometimes that resets things. The other option is to log a ticket with EA, but that can take a while to sort out. |

I had not one problem with the tap ball event and am wondering if my problems relate to so many doing the update in my part of the U.S. Yes, I did notice the dialog.
