I'm way past the level required but it has never prompted me to start this task....... Thoughts?? Was it limited time and I not make it???? Havr I just not reached it??? It's been up on my task bar for a long time.

It's been up on my task bar for a long time. If you have yet to get an answer, post the question in the Crypto Barn section of the forum. UGH, I had to same problem with the hospital when I started a second town. It has been too long for me to remember the answer to your question. I wish I could remember. It is not limited time item, so that worry is out of the way. |

There are tasks that need to be completed as well as reach the level. There is a walk through in the walk through section that should help you figure out where you are in the tasks.

It's been up on my task bar for a long time. like A Bad Example said, it's possible you haven't gotten there yet in the questline. That said, I believe the Burns Manor quest was a bit wonky at the start. Try this: store your cooling towers and all the other pieces of your power plant. Then, place them back. See if that triggers it. |
