Reckon it's because of the new update? Was working fine, visited neighbours, tried to get back in and it froze. It's basically the harp screen without harps. I've tried several times. Exit the game, removed it from app bar at bottom.. still getting same thing. I'm scared now.

iPad 2. It let me in after a looooong wait. Keeps happening each time. I have to wait ages. Long enough for me to worry each time. Thanks for the offer though Jim! x

I have a few friends on my list, where if I visit them, there is a long wait. Looks like the game freezes, but will get in eventually. These friends have tons of premium items. So perhaps your town is getting a bit too big for your device.

I have this problem when I log in. I think it's because my town is decoration heavy. My game is the same always takes a while to load and the donuts stops spinning, everytime i load the game it always a worrying time   |

Mine mixes things up for me. Sometimes it takes ages to get into the game with the frozen donut, other times it kicks me out after a few taps. Visiting neighbours switches between being über slow and unusually fast. It's like the game is trying to keep me on my toes. Like others here, I'm item heavy in my town, way too much foliage. I suspect this new update might mean that it's time to trim the fat.

It's because you hog too much RAM, either uinstall some apps and games and be sure you close apps running in the background everytime you're gonne play TSTO. Or jailbreak your device and install tweaks to free up memory. I personally prefere the last choice. |

If there are a lot of people visiting worldwide, it's slow and puts strain on the servers. If I visit friends during the day say around lunchtime (UK time), it's really fast, probably because America are asleep, Australia probably about to go to bed, and the rest of UK and Europe are at work or school. Problem is though I generally am aswell lol, so I rarely visit at these times. |

Well I got some tweaks but the freeze seems to go on forever now. I've deleted so much stuff but I swear I've been frozen for half an hour. It hasn't exit the app (yet) so that's saying something. I'm desperate to get in and start whacking day!
