It's a skin from what I can tell as it's in the thoh2014_skins.xml rather than in thoh2014_characters.xml.

Any related data to those I can only find at the moment is in the menuconfig.xml which relates to crafting items.

So it might be you are rewarded these items once completing a quest or you have to craft them, the game keeps crashing for me so unable to do anything in game related yet.

brettolmsted, i am confused by the personal prizes - i only have a few of them appear in my personal prize menu, and most seem to be treat bags. Do the other ones appear eventually?

And for crafting, only three things appear in my store (weapon, spooky wall, human test subject). Do I have to make those before others will appear?

With the personal prizes, you scroll to the right to see them all (some will not be unlocked until a later date)

With the crafting prizes you can also scroll down to see them all and you should have the weapon, Hugo, Pumpkin (may not until you buy Pumpkin house), spooky wall, and human test subject). Once you have Hugo and Pumpkin House, Hugo's house and the Great Pumpkin appear as "joint" buildings

You know I think I remember not seeing it right away as well. I think they had a requirement in the quest line you have to hit first.

Hugo appears after you sent the Kids Trick or Treating.

Okay, so I tried to pull together all the available information to figure out how much trick or treats or regular currency is needed. This is what I determined is needed by the end of the listed day.



This is to craft at least one of each prize (if you don't have any from before, specifically the pumpkin house). The spooky wall is excluded.

you do not do anything. As long as you have it, it will generate ammo after 8 hours (some had said 4, but I think it is 8). You just collect like you would any other building
