A very thin Fall 2014 update schedule?

There's been a lot speculation about a "crazy bananas" update and potential Futurama cross-over tie-in, but boy, from here on out things look thin in terms of updates.
EA likes to follow the same release schedule this year as they did last year, for example:
Post-Whacking Day 2013, that Summer had the following release schedule:
• The Yard Sale season ending tie-in
• Level 30: Herman
• Squidport Expansion
• The Fourth of July tie-in
• Level 31: Wolfcastle
• Level 32: Rod and Todd
• Krustyland Expansion
• Level 33: Eddie and Lou
• Level 34: Chalmers
• Level 35: Patty and Selma
Post-Easter 2014, so far:
• The Yellow Badge... season ending tie-in
• Level 41: Hibbert Family
• Stonecutter Event
• Level 42: Itchy & Scratchy Creators / Gil's Mansion Offer
• The Fourth of July tie-in
• The Yard Sale: 2014 Edition
• Level 43: Krustyland -- Princess Penelope / Gil's Donut & Mystery Box Offer
• Clash of Clones Event
• Level 44: Database & Akira
• Level 45: Artie Ziff & Uter
So, Fall 2013 looked like this:
• Season 25 Premiere episode tie-in
• Halloween 2013 Event
• Level 36: Dolph and Jimbo
• Level 37: Van Houten Family
• Thanksgiving 2013 Event
• "Yellow Subterfuge" episode tie-in
• Christmas 2013 Event
So this Fall should be similar:
• ?
• Halloween 2014 Event
• ?
• ?
• Thanksgiving 2014 Event
• ?
• Christmas 2014 Event
That leaves maybe a pair of tie-ins (this always hamstrung by Fox's baseball schedule and the holidays), three or four Level updates and maybe another Event or Expansion.
I'm not sure how excited I am with with the three probable Fall events (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) with the increased reliance on re-issued items and game innovations such as, "The Wheel." The Stonecutter Event was a return to traditional gameplay, but will EA learn from their mistakes?
