A single sentence written on the blackboard; this was the beginning of the last dance of Mrs. Krabappel. The actress, Marcia Wallace, passed away on October 25, 2013. Her face may not seem familiar to some, but her voice has been a part of all of our lives for a very long time. When this recent episode came out, it was her last dance and the last time we would ever hear that infamous laugh; my strings were really tugged. So I decided to make a small memorial in honor of Marcia/Mrs. K. After seeing all the creative possibilities here with 2D designs, what not a more fitting place for a memorial than in the game of Springfield. The following rose is my token to Marcia Wallace, who gave such vibrancy to one of the greatest and memorable fictional teachers of our generation. We will miss you, Mrs. K.

A sweet gesture AZScrabble. The rose is beautiful, very nice choice of decorations, original and effective. +1

Thanks everybody. It was a fun creative process and special thanks to keys1980 for bouncing the idea ball back and forth and showing me the way to draw in squares. I found out I'm not much of a mouse drawer but was able to find an app for the tablet so my drawings don't look like my signature on the FedEx electronic receptacle (or whatever that thing is called, lol).
