.... Edit just to add a side note about the badge. I don't know if it can be changed now but I noticed it says "St. Patty's Day". I won't lose sleep over it but this is something that always annoys Irish people; it's Paddy's Day, St. Paddy's Day, Patrick's Day, or St. Patrick's Day. It never has, is, or will be St. 'Patty's' Day. If you don't believe me, type "Patty's Day" into twitter search and see a bunch of moaning Irish people. So much so that Dublin Airport posted this PSA.  |

![]()  O'Flanagan's Pub is the hub of the St. Paddy's day celebration in Springfield. Tom is getting into the spirit by dancing an Irish jig. He is also trying to avoid Smither's whip! Willie is re-enacting one way that St. Patrick got rid of the snakes in Ireland- wrestling them. Marge is brewing up some green punch- sure to get you dead drunk! Grampa and Patti are knocked out by the fumes alone. Even Barney only had one taste before he landed in the gutter! Music for the party is being provided by Otto's guitar and Fat Tony's violin. Kearney does enjoy a jig or two, while Selma dances her best St. Patrick's Day hula. Moe is arriving to the party in style, but he has to get some gas for the limo first. Either Herman thinks there may be some candy in that "pinata", or he is just preparing himself for any fights that may break out tonight. Don't hit the frog, Herman! Edna is wearing green and enjoying a cigarette, Rex Banner is enjoying a Banana Kaboom and the Rich Texan is enjoying whooping it up. Mayor Quimby also has green- moneybags, that is. The rest of Springfield should be arriving soon, ready to party until the after-party at the Shamrock Cafe. Perhaps the leprechauns will be there too! Happy St. Paddy's Day to you!!  |

 Willie knows he's Scottish but one bagpipe is another...Cletus enjoys the music while whittlin' and Homer just has to be the center of attention and bring his OWN tube to the partay. Ms.Crabapple finds the entertainment mildly...amusing. |
