What's the point in having an invisibility option if the front page tells you a member has been invisible?  (not moaning, just amused me) Or am I secretly all powerful and in control of the boards??? Hmmm... Gonna need a volcano lair methinks. |

Just to make sure, you're saying that you see more people than just you marked as invisible in the Currently Online list?

On the users online in last 24 hours list, not currently online. If they've been invisible it says it in brackets after their name. Seems contrary to people's wishes if they've chosen to be invisible. If I was previously invisible I wouldn't really want it known, but that could just be me. |

I'll look into it, but I think the Invisibility Cloak is just to make sure people can't see specifically what times you're on, not meant to make it look as though you're never on. And yes, dear, we all see you. Please put your pants back on.  |

What are your privacy settings set to for activity? Do you have it to share it with everyone, registered members, or staff only?
I used my tester account and set the settings to share with everyone and if I recently post and then log off, it shows my tester name on the 24 hours list. I think if you set it to only show staff your activity it won't show up. I'm going to test that right now with this account.

I don't see zuzu on the list, but I saw this name when I switched to my main account after I put the settings to staff only. So, that doesn't work either.
Oh well, I tried.

I just realized that my main account being staff I would see my tester account. lol Now, I'll test it with two non staff accounts.

So what's the solution here? I think Zuzu or one of her other personas has solved the problem but it is very difficult to tell as Zuzu seems to be arguing with herself. If the movies are correct then these multiple personalities will fight it out amongst themselves until one becomes dominant and presumably then we'll have our definitive answer. I'm personally hoping that it's z. There is something very Tyler Durden about z. |

If you make the activity settings to staff only, then only staff will see your invisible status.

The trick to being truly invisible: Go to your Profile, select EDIT PROFILE, then select PRIVACY to find the menu shown below. 1. Choose YES to the Invisible option. AND 2. Choose Activity and select Share With the Staff option.  |

That's how I have mine set (registered users only) but I am in that list too and it says invisible beside my name.
My guess is that the invisibility thing is when you post, just under your avatar it says "member is online" or it doesn't if you mark invisible.
