About that 'no stitching' thing... if say I wanted to use a park as my scene and it's huge and I can't keep everything/everyone in one shot but there all in the park. Can I stitch that together?

I want to say yes, but if we let you stitch something, we'd have to let everyone. It really has to be everything you can get in one shot. If you could find a way to get your characters in half your park, you wouldn't lose any points in the cohesion/scene area for only posting half a park or whatever. I know it's a pain, I remember back in September doing the family photo challenge, and having every single person I needed on the boardwalk, but I couldn't get them to stay on one screen long enough for a shot... I nearly threw my iPad out the window, but I got it eventually. |

After you organized this contest Chrisp530 I hade to make some couples in my Springfield... So I organized speed date evening in town hall. Many people showed up, firstly atmosphere was a bit stiffly but when Moe served cold Duff everyone relaxed and had a great time  there was lot of laughs and mingle... I caught this shot when everyone been heading home after nice evening for some... lets say everyone felt Valentine's spirit:) There was few obvious couples like Grandpa and Agnes, Krusty and Side show Bob, CBG and SVT... but some of the other matches was surprising. Moe and Lenny, Barney and Rich Texan:), Disco Stue and...,Smithers meet someone too:) this contest definitely brought love to my town:) Happy Valentine's |

I am thinking of participating at this Photo Challenge. It would be my first time.
So far I understood that I am not suppose to post my screenshot in here and I think thats a good idea because earlier challenges I have watched had that big dissavantage that once one guy posted his screenshot, other have taken that idea and so it was kinda unfair when i remember that challenge in where people had to place as many animals as they could. Once the screenshot is posted, the competitors could count the animals and add them into their own screenshot. Now with this new rules (sending the screenshot to an special email address instead of publishing in here) this is going to be really fun and fair.

I recommend everyone give as little of your ideas away as possible in this thread I have several questions about this photo challenge related to what's disqualifying and what's allowed and to make my point I like to post some screenshots with my specific examples of the situation/constellation. But the problem is if I post it right here I would reveal my ideas to others which I don't want to do, so to whom I should send a private message so that my questions can be answered? Don't worry I'll keep it very short. Just screenshots plus the question wether or not this will be allowed. |

Haha, force-closed cause I thought something was wrong. I only marked the scene with pavement.
When you log into my town it looks like the app crashed.

I already submitted my screenshot yesterday at 2 am in the morning. It took me about 50 screenshots to get all my couples correctly. I am very excited how this is gonna turn out. Strangely after sending my pm to that user as stated in the first posting but there was no feedback so far so hopefully nothing's got lost on the way What I like to know further is, will there be something like the top ten or top twenty of all of them published on here after the winner has been found? I ask this question already in that pm I send together with my submission but I didn't got a reply so perhaps someone else can help me here. Thanks |
