I want to make a panoramic view of my own Springfield, I have all the screenshots necessary, i just don't have the time or good enough image retooling software.

To all you panorama guru's out there... I get the screenshot taking and all that, but what are you using to stitch them all together?? Anything free or really cheap anyone could suggest? I'm a single gal with a single income! I would love so much to see mine in all its glory while it's currently in a completed state before the next update but...after searching the world wide head, I've found nada! I guessss if someone begged to do it for me I would let 'em  , but as that's highly unlikely, I would appreciate any suggestions! |

I myself use Photoshop Elements, which is the cheaper version from Photoshop. 70$ at Amazon. If even that is a little too much, you could try Paint.net . It's free, but it's not that fast as my elements. |

Thank you! I downloaded the Paint.net...now I just need to figure out how it works!! : A quick tutorial. Open your first screenshot in paint.net. Adjust the canvas size.  Make it big enough. I use 16500x9000 pixels, at 72 pixels/inch resolution. Look at the position of your original first screenshot. I always start with the left corner. Now open the next screenshot as a new layer.  Now position the new pic so it fits together with the first.  For best results, zoom in. After that, do the same with all following screenshots. Good luck. |

petergeenen ...and more thanks to ya! I bookmarked several you tube tutorials as well. I'm really terrible at this stuff! I'll take all the help I can get! Hopefully I'll make it to this page someday!

These are incredible, Peter! And you're so good at this. Maybe after a few more updates, I might solicit your help (or try on my own). Right now, with a new update coming, I don't want to waste your time (or my time) as I know I'll rearrange items. But what a sweet gesture and what magnificent results. Added Other Springfield - lvl 20.  Is it the same for everyone? Perhaps someone with a lower level can stitch one together to compare? PS; the thread on the EA forum got deleted again. Don't look for it over there. As long as I don't get an answer from EA, I'm not going to bother anymore. |
