At what time does the "Today's Birthdays" link update?

I looked at the server info and it's apparently GMT. Not sure if that is correct though...

I know it sounds illogical, but I would swear it either has changed or doesn't update at the same time every day. I used to see the new day's birthdays after midnight Eastern US time, but more recently it has been more like 2 am Eastern US time.

Well, looking at the forum settings, it should be Eastern time:

Is it still the 17th? I can't keep up. There weren't any birthdays today I don't think. I looked last night to prepare cake and goodies, and there wasn't anyone to make cake and goodies for.

Blah. I'm still trying to figure this birthday stuff out. The Calendar I can see isn't always accurate, for some reason. It said no birthdays for the 17th. But, whaydoyaknow, there were birthdays!
