I only have the escalator to nowhere mostly because I want to see the falling people fall into my volcano lair.  I have the sunsphere, it's not too big and it fits in a weird little area I have for general....stuff...LOL... |

I bought that escalator because when it first came out, I thought OUR people would be able to ride it. Now THAT would have been cool! But alas...that was not the case. When the novelty wore off it was stored. I never liked the looks of the other two so I never bothered...

You should add NONE as an option in the poll.
I have none. I could afford them dollar wise but not space wise. And they just don't fit into my vision of Springfield. I can't even remember the episodes they were from. I do have the worlds fair sun sphere, but I don't know why. It's supposed to be in Knoxville, not Springfield.

You should add NONE as an option in the poll. I have none. I could afford them dollar wise but not space wise. And they just don't fit into my vision of Springfield. I can't even remember the episodes they were from. I do have the worlds fair sun sphere, but I don't know why. It's supposed to be in Knoxville, not Springfield. I don't see how people can forget them! They were in one of the most popular episodes of all time. "Marge vs. the Monorail". Sure, they appeared right at the end, but they were still in it. They also appeared in Hit & Run in the Downtown level (2 and 5). You could actually drive or walk up the Escalator. |

But in all seriousness, I think the reason "None" isn't an option is because at some point we need to run a Forumfield that features these items, however the first time we tried to run it the items were new and most people didn't have the money to purchase them. |

Maybe the baby was crying and the dog yowling (or vice versa) and my attention was momentarily diverted. Whatever the circumstance, escalator and Popsicle skyscraper have no place in my head or heart. That said, many of my neighbors have done some wonderfully creative things with theirs. Really genius. And if I had an original, clever concept for them, I'd probably add them in a fast snap! |
