Sorry for the delay, but updated! I'm sure a lot of you know by now, but there has been a major change to the building progression which required a complete overhaul to the Guide. Previously, all "side quests" for the "main buildings" had to be completed, but not anymore. Also, the way the building prices are calculated has changed. Sorry, there is now math involved, but it's the only way I can update this with ease (and keep my sanity) without figuring and editing each buildings price for each potential level. Be sure to read the top portion of the guide for all the deets.

Also, the way the building prices are calculated has changed. This is disappointing. I can see it getting pretty ridiculous if the multiplier keeps increasing so quickly with level-ups.

I'm confused about the whole multiplier thing (doesn't affect me, but I'm just curious). Using the General Hospital as an example: the base cost is $65,500. The requirement is level 24, which means it should cost $85,150 (65500*1.3). However, if someone reaches level 28 before they get a quest to build the hospital, does this mean the hospital now costs $196,500 (65500*3)? Am I understanding this properly? Thanks.

Yea I'm pretty sure the multiplier applies for when you buy the item

Man, that sucks.

b]Main Quests: 1. Bart skip school (8 hours) (Skipping Rocks) 2. Skinner prompts building of the Springfield Library (24 hours) (Sanctus Arx Nerdarium)
Side Quests: 1. Place Snapdragons and Martin Smell the Roses (10 minutes) (My Glorious Return!) 2. Martin ride a bike (8 hours) (Allies at Last Pt. 1) 3. Bart & Martin study all night for meaningless test (24 hours) () 3. Bart & Martin paintball in the Brown House (2 hours) (Fun at Your Expense)
Required Level: 12 [/b][/u]Well I am stuck there and don't know how to continue. I want to build the library but how to start the Sanctus Arx Nerdarium quest in order to get access to it? When I tap on the bumblebee from the task book and select "build the library" this is what happens.... I have already tried several things like sending Bart to skip school because I read somewhere else that this will trigger the whole quest to start, but nothing has happens after Bart finished skipping school after 8 hours. So what is it that I am missing?

Sorry guys, I can't update this for a while. My computer is in the shop with a faulty logic board and hard drive, and I'm not even going to try editing big posts on my phone.

It is ok, I think I found a solution. I inventory all stuff then put it out back again after some time, now the quests started by showing Bart's the speech bubble. Phewwwww I am glad this headache is over

In my new town tapping Homer while he's playing with his mypad doesn't unlock the statue & donuts anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? It started just before Whacking Day, and I tried it again today but still get nothing.

It's not Springfield without the statue! Might as well be Shelbyville.

What should I do ? What can it be ? Who was it the same sitiations ? Make sure you set all your characters on the same length tasks, so they all finish at the same time. What's probably happened is the characters which trigger Java server, have never both been off task at the same time

Don't know if there is a post already, but I need to know the categories of each building for rearranging my town. I want to place them together: evergreen terrace with all the homes, a shopping area, restaurants etc.

Bart is refusing to do the skateboard quest every single character is off tasks and the only tasks I have in the task book are for the secondary characters you have to buy with donuts. Nothing is happening....I picked up Bart's tree house, closed app, deleted app, put back down sold it rebought it everything nothing is working
