I'm thinking a couple new kinds of signs might be helpful ...
I would like to be able to put an "under construction" sign in front of things I'm working on. I suppose cones might work just as well.
Or what about a "Do Not Tap" kind of sign to alert friends you don't want something tapped.
Do Not Tap might be removing the fourth wall too much ... possible ideas ...

As far as gameplay controls, I would like a character "find" function. Either to locate any character or just a list of who is on/off tasks and maybe time remaining for those on task.
I would like to be able to message neighbors. Seems odd for a "social" game that you can't send any messages. I started playing around the valentines event and really liked seeing who visited.
As for things in the game, different sizes and textures of paths/walkways/water and the ability to position them other than every 4th block. And I'd like a few 180/270 degree turn items - particularly benches.
For characters - Patty and Selma (with DMV), Troy McClure, Lionel Hutz, Crazy Cat Lady, Disco Stu, Lurleen Lumpkin, Brandine
For building - Costingtons, KBBL radio, Noiseland Video

I wanted to show off what I think is easily the best use of the concrete ground tiles I've seen yet.  I noticed these great driveways and sidewalks in Rascally Rapscallion's Springfield (posted with permission):  If you could place different sizes of paths and such, things like that would be so easy, but as it is it is not easy to construct sidewalks and driveways and get them to look that good! |

I want Maggie doing tasks on her own (shoot Mr Burns or walk around with a gun, free butterfly, play and disappear in the sandbox, drop stone on somebodys head, give Bart the approvL look, chase the mob, say Daddy, look through her photos). She's so awesome !!! And character tracking. I'm going eye crossed looking for people. Also need the uno brow baby  |

I'd like the building menu to be redesigned. Split the items into different categories so that they are quicker to access. It takes ages scrolling through all of the items to find the one you want.

Honestly, my Springfield feels unfinished without some buildings.
Springfield Court House w/ Judge and Blue-Haired Lawyer.
Quimby Estate. With Fat Tony and Burns done and Wolfcastle coming, why not add it? Might also give Quimby some more tasks or at least alternatives.
Old Simpson Farm. A second farm to increase funding, plus more stuff for Homer and Abe.
It's late, but a few off the top of my head.

Agreed! A more compartmentalized build menu and inventory would be beyond helpful. Also, I second the suggestion for a character find feature. There are way too many characters to keep track of. I find that after I finish putting all characters to work I spend another 5 minutes minimum trying to see if I've overlooked anyone. Can be quite annoying. |

Going to hell for suggesting a Homer skin, but as I am reviewing Simpson eps, what about King Homer? Just make Homer bigger and make him gold (14k gold!). Tasks like Win the Lottery, Evil Laugh and Pose.
