Main Questline

Initially, a pop-up dialogue between Marge and Homer automatically starts about how Bart is up to no good as he has nothing to do which leads to the first quest:

Make Bart and Grandpa hang out at the retirement castle (12 hours) [Homer iniates][side note: It appears both Bart and Grandpa do this as both voice animations were displayed when I set the task but only Bart appeared when I clicked on the retirement castle so I'm not 100% sure]

Build Sir Putt-A-lot's [Lisa initiates].

Rod and Todd Pt 1. [Homer initiates]
a)Make Rod go home (4 hours)
b) Make Todd go home (4hours)

Rod and Todd Pt 2. [Flanders initiates.]

The sequence was slightly different for me as I already had the Sir Puts A lots building and I send Lisa hours before the update to babysit Todd and Rod

When I logged in to the game few minutes ago I send Bart and Grampa into the retirement castle and I rushed it with donuts, after that I got Rod and Todd and after that I could build the Kamp Krusty.

I believe this is correct--Grampa wasn't free when I first tried to initiate the task with the two of them hanging out at the Retirement Castle, so it was locked until he finished the task he was already on. Plus, once the Retirement Castle task was complete, both Bart and Grampa popped out of the building.

Do you already have Sir Putt-A-Lott's? If not you'll have to buy that first. Even if you do have it I think Lisa has a bit of dialogue which is followed by Rod and Todd's arrival.

They just popped up for me since I had sir putts placed. Homer and Bart had some unprompted dialogue and then they appeared for me. This was before the grandpa quest in my game.

I also needed Grampa to go with Bart to the RC for this task to happen.

Try storing your Sir Putt-A-Lot's and then putting it back out again--they should (hopefully) pop out of there.

Weird, I could build kamp Krusty and the hospital right away, and I haven't even sent Bart and grampa into retirement castle yet, and I have sir puts a lot already.
No sign of rod and tod though.

The beginning seems to vary a lot.

EDIT: Lisa triggered Rod and Tod, regardless of Bart and grampa not being at retirement castle, so everything seems to progress nicely

On an unrelated note, I am sad that Milhouse has to go to Kamp Krusty. No longer will he be flying his plane on the squidport

Yes that's very sad.

...But look at the bright side of it (the update) now with Rod playing on the monkey bars and our known glitch we can have a lot of fun.... Like Rod sitting on the table or on the house boat or even jumping in the beach chair and god knows what other people will come up with yet hahaha
