Thanks HeyVenus, Jopa, and andrewajc! I wasn't sure when I first made it if people would scroll through all those trees to see Cletus's farm. I was trying to make it look like somewhere American Pickers would stop by and take a look.  Love it!!! Looks very organic, from a design standpoint. |

Love this town hall area. A Springfield I wouldn't mind living in...  Thanks for the love HeyVenus. Can't wait to see your town grow and prosper. Yeah this is one of my favorite town hall areas to visit. Together with Melissa's Jackson square! |

I love jehenyen's forest area, the sheer size is amazing. Particularly like Cletus' farm, as he probably would collect all sorts of trash like that.  That area is great. As is the harbor in that town (am not in the game right now to take pics |

Or just wait until enough of your neighbors have posted screenshots of it so the whole thing can be mentally pieced together.  Haha or that yes! Truth is I am always working on minor details of my town so I'm not too sure if I could ever come up with an up to date panoramic that I would be comfortable with. Once this current event is over I will have enough v day decorations to complete my decorating with those, but then most likely we will get more limited time purchases with coins/hearts/candies/eggs/clovers or whatever to keep me occupied with the next set of decorations. The minor details are part of what is great. I agree with above, the tire fire burning the hedges is amazing, and I envy your Springfield downs area. Not to mention your town hall! |

If I were to choose my top favorites towns, mayormccheez 's would be a serious contender for first place. What a town! It is just oozing with creativity. This fun center/park area is beyond words. I couldn't even get it all into the screenshot! Bravo to you and your very cool town, sir.  This was the exact area I mentioned in the other thread about fav parts of neighbours towns! I love this park and garden area! And ALWAYS look at it on every daily visit! *tips hat* Well done mayormccheez |

Here I was, so proud of parts of my Springfield. I continued to work on some areas, making them look better, adding more decorations, removing or adding roads - even shifting entire areas. I had my poor area of town, my shops, parks, waterways - I thought things were looking good. Then I found this thread. Now I hate this game and all of you. ![]() ![]()  But the one that really deserves special mention is @missyolga. She created - perhaps in anticipation of a future update - an outstanding Kamp Krusty area. It's so big, my iPhone cannot take pictures large enough to encase it all. It has a beautiful cabin area, lake and even a walkway that leads to Krustylu Studios. If EA ever makes a Kamp Krusty building, I only hope it can live up to what is already here. Below are two snapshots of the area. Brava, brava!    |

One of my absolute favorites was jofre_nash who some of the newer players might not have seen as he hasn't even touched Origin in almost two months now but he was the first (or at least the first I saw) to do a lot of the 3D effects with decorations, and he also had the first soccer field I ever came across. I've kept him on my friend list because I still admire his work. Here's a small section of part of his town.  |

I am so baffled as to WHY this person thought publicly grading other towns was a good idea???? And #19 (zoephoto) there is NO WAY your town is a C-!!! This person obviously got your town mixed up with someone else's (maybe his/her own?). Your town is a favorite of mine. Keep up the great work. Edit: Looks like that thread has been locked. Probably a good idea because I think it was about to get pretty hot in there! |

Doctoru2 LOL! Your town is awesome, what are you talking about? Plus you're named after the greatest rock band in history, so you get extra points for that. Members of the jury, I submit this screenshot as evidence of the Doctor's town design genius. He and Son of Archimedes have proven that it is possible to turn the Springfield Downs into something cool. And I love the Doctor's adjacent hedge maze park.

What I like about this forum is not only the kindness most of us show each other (well, maybe not those who grade others), but also the brilliance I see in other's designs. I don't want to copy - I want to just sit back and admire. And speaking of admiring, I feel one compliment deserves another. There are so many areas of your town I just love fritter2! But the one I enjoyed the most is your flower shop/doctor's office/hospital area. If one has to be sick, it seems this is the place to be. It's relaxing, yet hopeful and calming. I love it.  |

Its hard to pick out one in particular but this always makes me smile when I visit my friends. Its from Bizzle12's town and its simply just an unpurchased square which looks like a shaded region. Haven't seen anything like it before and its a simple yet original design without the need for a wad of decorations:  That is so freakin' awesome. I would never have thought to do that. But now I want to have a giant patch in the middle that's being covered by Burn's sun blocker! And i'm amazed that it has no debris. I don't think I've seen a single plot in my town that had none. This is from a long time player. One of therapy bugs was one that would revert land you had back to the in ought status. Complete with any changes you made. On the other forum in the glitch thread some posted a shot of a brown house caught in time. |

I have more screenshots from towns to take, but here are two to start so I don't totally take over the thread. First, kidENO. I'm super jealous of the multilevel Burns Manor. Well done!  Second, Son of Archimedes. There's so much to love about this town, but this tiny detail of the tire fire also setting fire to the hedge hill is something I have never seen and am really impressed by.  I have noticed the fire spreading too. I'm impressed! I'm lucky having so many neighbors with some really cool towns, it's a real joy to visit. It only takes too long time to collect, because I like to look around...  Now I just have to figure out how to post pics, I feel kind of old and not up to date . Maybe I should just ask the kids to do it for me  |
