Here to help. If you are a zero posting member please do the following before contacting me or jimcoleman78 or any other person for help. This board exists as a community. Join that community and take advantage for what it has to offer. It says a LOT when other boards refer you here, means you should stay. Upload an avatar, make some posts, make some threads, just do something. These days I feel less inclined to help someone with a stock avatar and zero posts. If I don't get back to you its not that I am a dick (actually full disclosure I am really a dick but that is not the point) evil dictator, its just I now ONLY help the people that want to contribute to this board vs. the drive thru vistors.

I agree, It's far nicer helping someone who is active on the board, (bit hypocritical as I have had a couple of days off). But even if Im not commenting, I check in a 6 or seven times a day to see if anyone need deharping. PM me and Im always willing to help.

Crap on a stick, I got the harpies for the first time. Where is the thread with the almighty Josh's tips to try? I have an iPhone 5 so from what I'm reading I should be able to fix it myself, right?

Awesome, thanks! I was able to fix it and get about 500 donuts in the process before chickening out that I'd lose them, so I closed the game, re-opened it and was good to go!

Helping people out of this harp nightmare is really a selfless act, EA should be thanking these guys for helping players to solve a problem which they themselves should be fixing properly. Instead of sending out badly worded emails with generic responses, just solve the problem already.
As I'm about to level up again, I expect I'll be needing help again soon. These guys deserve all of our gratitude, you never know when the harpies will descend on your game and ruin your Simpsons experience.
