I planted corn for the first time yesterday and literally seconds later I got a dynamic quest to harvest tomacco.  I wonder how long those dynamic quests stick around. |

Same thing for me, three days later random task for tomacco shows up. Very annoying. Ps didn't realize we were neighbors until today |

Holy buckets!  I just saw how many people are participating. I realized how little the farm's payouts were helping now that I'm a ways into the game with a few premium characters, so count me in!  |

I suspect you'll be staring at tomacco for the full 90 days. I am close to 30 days of looking at the moonshine icon. But I will not give in, even if it drives me to drink (more)! |

I suspect you'll be staring at tomacco for the full 90 days. I am close to 30 days of looking at the moonshine icon. But I will not give in, even if it drives me to drink (more)! I guess that I will have to get used to the tomacco icon. I have been using Witch Marge every once and again to speed up the crop by four hours, so maybe I'll save myself a couple of days. |

I got a Silvertongue task within a day of planting corn, but it's not there anymore. Do the random things eventually disappear?

As a new challenge, I suggest as many players as possible plant corn this weekend (1/2 June), and see if they are able to last the eternity of 90 days to grow their corn, for the ultimate prize: Corn, real corn.
You'll have to brave the blazing heat of the summer, and make the treacherous journey to water them every day.
If you manage to take down the infamous challenge, you'll receive the almighty corn badge. (Approved by staff  )
Note: You can enter at any time Chose to rush my first attempt at growing corn in order to do a task that came out like 2 days after I started. I would like a second try. Thanks. G.   If you are going to feel the need to do these tasks, you will never complete it. There is always a grow something task that pops up. |

I've had a Grow Perfection task for almost a month now... I'm not entirely sure why, but it's sooooo annoying. Despite that, I refuse to speed up! 26 days remaining!

Well i just got my first STARE at for 83d 20 hr.. 29 min.. 30 sec farm TASK gotta grow triffids..aw well good thing i dont have OCD
btw i loved the book and there was a BBC mini series that really followed the book... Was awesome..
BBC does awesome shows.. Like Hitchhiker the radio play "DON'T PANIC"
