The site is still freezing up on my iPad, I can't get through a single thread without it crashing. Including this one. The fix hasn't been pushed out to all forums just yet; we're currently doing some testing on our support forum and should have it (as well as fixes for a few other things) pushed out within the next couple of hours assuming all is well. As noted earlier, as soon as I hear it's been pushed out, I'll be sure to update everyone here

Update to note that the update has been pushed now. Can you give it another try and let me know if you still experience the issues?

Thanks for the update, unfortunately I'm still having the issues. Not quite as intense as before - it seems to freeze up when I read a new thread for the first time. I get booted out of safari and when I come back in I can read the thread with only minimal lag and can make it to the end without freezing. If I switch to another thread then it crashes out again. Sorry!! I hate having to report issues, it makes me feel like I'm whining.

After posting that it's not frozen up now, so ignore me please! It's still threatening to crash, it lags behind my screen touches, but it's not completely frozen up.

Good to hear that it's an improvement at least. I'll forward this topic to our developers to let them know that some issues are still persisting however. I gave it a couple of tries with my iPhone here and things seem to be much smoother for me now compared to before when this was first brought to our attention. Sad to see that it's not completely resolved, but am glad to see that there's progress at least. Will continue to keep you guys updated on it. As a side note, with this weekend being a holiday our developers won't see my ticket until Tuesday (and Tuesday being my Monday anyway), my apologies in advance for the delay. Mobile site is acting up again on iPhone. I tried the mobile view with my iPhone prior to testing the desktop view and it seemed to work fine for me. Out of curiosity, what specific issues do you experience with the mobile view when it comes up for you?

I can't even get the mobile site to load on my iPhone. I just get an error message saying that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the page cannot be located.
The desktop version continues to load slowly, but I'm not getting security notices or messages that I need to reload quite as often as before.

I use Safari on my laptop and the site works fine on that. There has been some slight improvement with Safari on my iPad2. The site is slow and lags often, but not as bad as before the update. I'm crashing less on the iPad, but it still does crash every now and then.

Earlier today, in Chrome, the site froze on pretty much every thread I opened. It's better on Safari than Chrome, but still giving me lots of Reload error messages (on iPhone 4s).

I can log on with no problems now and can even do a few posts, but then I freeze. Have to quite Safari, relaunch and try again. This is only a problem on my IPad..latest version. No problems on desktop Mac or MacBook.

Hey everyone, This is Keith from the ProBoards staff. I've been working on the iPad issues, so you can either punch me or hug me depending on how your experience has been going. What seems to happen with these long-running errors is that sometimes the topic drifts off from the original bug(s), and so I can't be sure that what you describe as "freezing" is the same problem that I originally came here to fix. So if you experience a problem, please first clear your browser cache. See if that fixes the problem. If not, submit a report here, detailing: 1. Your device 2. Your OS version 3. Your browser (and version if you can find it) 4. What page you're having issues on 5. Details of the problem (please be more specific than "freezing", that could mean like 10 different things) Here's an example (it's a real example I just noticed, so no need to report it again): 1. iPad 2. iOS 6.1 3. Chrome (version 27.0.1453.94) 4. This thread (http://tstappedout.proboards.com/thread/2748/forum-feature-maintenance-again) 5. When I scroll down to the 'Stories from around the web' section at the bottom of the page, sometimes Chrome becomes unresponsive for about 5 seconds. I can't scroll or do anything in the tab. Thanks for your cooperation. It'll help me resolve the issue more quickly the more details I can get from everyone.

1. iPhone 4S, WiFi 2. iOS 6.1.3 3. Chrome 26.0.1410.53 4. tstappedout.proboards.com/thread/1078/forum-suggestions?page=95. Chrome says no data received (Error 324). This is the error I encounter most frequently--when it occurs in the midst of replying to a post, I usually lose whatever I've written (even though I have elected to save drafts in my Profile settings).

krozett1. iPad 3 2. iOS 6.1.3 3. Safari 4. This thread and others 5. When I scroll down to read the thread, I can usually get about halfway down when it starts freezing/becoming unresponsive. Sometimes 2 seconds, but up to 10 or 12. Seems to freeze longer if I hold my breath. (Joke) When it becomes responsive again, it only does for half a second, then freezes again, for another 5 seconds, that kind of thing. Sometimes it will unstick (return to normal) and sometimes not. I can't figure out why. Tonight's been worse than the last several times I've been on. Help. Thanks.

It has been getting pretty stressful to say the least. Although I must say it is alot better since the last update you did. 1. Ipad3 2. IOS 6.1.3 3. Safari 4. This thread, page 8&9 5 scrolling down. To me it seems to be the scroll bar trying to reset itself into the correct position. If I am down the very bottom of the page scrolling up and down as fast as I can, it's all good. It's just when I go up further and the scrolling page bar kicks in is when I start to have issues. Hope this helps
