Very excited to hear that the solution is on its way. On my iPad, I'm still having the same problem — no improvement yet. I've had to log on with the laptop in order to use the forum. And since I play TSTO on the iPad, that's where I need to see the forum.  Thanks rickypb for working to get it fixed. We appreciate the efforts. |

I can now sign on ok, but unable to scroll, even slowly, without freezing and having to quite a restart. I prefer safari, but not much luck.

Look I hear ya, I'm even worse because my Internet provider is having issues so I am also getting multiple dns errors to top it all off. Very, VERY frustrating. Shouldn't be too much longer now folks, and for those of you toughing it out, I salute you  |

That's disappointing  Thanks for checking back on it everyone, sorry that the patch didn't correct all of the issues as was hoped, though. I'm leaving a note with our developers now to let them know that the issues remain so that it can be looked into some more when they return to the office on Monday morning. Sorry everyone, was really hoping that push would do the trick for you. |

I can post using Safari on my Macbook, but not the IPad. When I called Apple, the could get here on a computer, but when they tested on their IPad, it froze for them too/ I can call Applecare for my IPad.

Just confirming that this is something we're still looking into, and should have another push related to this later this week. Keep in mind that while it's very simple to think that it's easy to find the cause of these problems and fix it, I do want to point out that other mobile devices such as Android tablets do not experience this issue. So not only do we have to find what's causing the issue for iOS devices, but we also have to find a fix for iOS devices that do not disrupt the vast other devices that access the internet today. My apologies for the delay in the meantime (as well as a response from me, as my schedule is Tuesday - Saturday), but rest assured we are actively working on this issue for iOS users and I'll be providing updates, as I have been before, to let you guys know what's going on every step of the way |

Honestly besides the freezing and lagging I have been able to manage the site. But I really applaud rickypb for keeping in touch with us. Just imagine if this happened on ea's forum. That might have been the spark for this forum since u know dealing with ea you have to figure out everything on your own. Hope you find a fix soon and thanks for keeping us updated. |

I agree, while it can be frustrating to deal with issues it is not worth getting up in arms about. My experience with PB has been very very positive. I think as a community it is incredible and the support is great, with actual communication and follow up.

Mobile site appears to be dead. Can't access it with iPhone 4S. Just a bite screen. They're doing some tests today to ensure the fix for iOS devices do not affect other browsers, and assuming all goes well with that it'll be added to the queue to be pushed out to all forums. It's possible that it could make it out tonight, but tomorrow may be more likely. I'll let you know once I get confirmation that it's been pushed out. Thanks for the patience everyone with this, hopefully once the update is pushed out it'll solve those issues for you once and for all |
