Chrome for Mac. I don't actually see scrollbars, but I do see the "runners" or the "tracks" of scroll bars which looks dreadful on the grey bg posts ;L
found it:
div.signature{max-width:580px;max-height:120px !important;overflow:scroll;}
As the sig and "return to top" are both in the "signature" class.
Perhaps just make a new class called "sigTool" or something and remove that last bit

I'm not removing that last bit. It was added specifically to tame the ridiculous signatures with that were longer than most posts. I can change the jump links though. I will work on that.

I mean create a new class for the jump tools and remove it from that class and not the sig class

I'm looking at this on Mac/Chrome right now but I don't see the tracks you are talking about. I do, however, notice that I can't actually click on the jump links. Hmmm... this may require Starbucks. If you go back one page and check out President Dude's post (grey background), his signature overflows so there should be scrollers obviously. Do you also see tracks for very short signatures like lamson? |

I see tracks for every single post and jump tool  are you actually running mac or are you just spoofing the user-agent because it could just be a pedantic mac setting |

Hey rhysowen99 -- I'm back, full of coffee, and (hopefully) have a temporary solution. Would you mind checking to see if most of the scroll bars are gone? They will still appear for the offending extra-long signatures, but maybe they are at least gone for Back to Top and short sigs...? Unfortunately, certain features are limited here - including adding new classes - so I have to work with existing stuff and hope to modify it enough to work. Also, if you wouldn't mind letting me know which version of Chrome you are running, that would be peachy. I'm on Version 26.0.1410.65 and can't replicate the issue. :/ |

Spiffshine perfect now, scrolling only appears on appropriately large sigs, i.e. before, yours had scroll bars which cut off about 50px, now yours has no scrollbars but President Dude 's does because its long scrollbar tracks have dissapeared from the "back to top" tools looks good my end sorry i took so long to reply! plus Version 26.0.1410.65

Agreed! I heart my 'puter.  Although, I have never heard of Ubuntu. Is that what the cool kids are using these days? A Bad Example, did the recent changes help your signature scrolling issues as well? |

Ubuntu is a flavor of Linux I am trying. So far, so good. Far easier to install than Slackware or Redhat were. And it recognized the laptops DVD drive without hunting online for a driver. I haven't checked with the iPad. Had some work to do, and the PC is much easier to use for some things than a fingertip. Wish I could remember where I put the bootable flash drive with the secured OS on it. |

I usually access the forums on my iPhone but as of a couple weeks ago it's been acting all buggy  I can't read my messages, I can barely open threads, 9/10 times the site just freezes halfway down the page and freezes the whole safari on my iPhone. I've barely been able to come on here because of it! Any idea what the problem may be? |
