Yes. Once Lisa finishes shopping find Homer, and you will be prompted to place the Falls.
Lisa and Homer have a task to eat at Swanky fish. I don't know if there is anything beyond that.

Lisa still has about 15 minutes left but I did get Swanky Fish. After I get the falls I'll see what I can do.

I know it's five hours I didn't pay attention to pay out. Skinner eats there next. So hard to find exclamation points in my town. |

I think once Lisa and Homer finish up eating at Swanky Fish everyone should be prompted to place the Falls. I get out of class in three hours if everyone is still having issues I'll check with my secondary account.

Once Lisa finishes the Kwik-E-Mart task Homer prompts for building the Falls Not for me. When Lisa finished the Kwik-E-Mart task, Homer and Lisa prompt a trip to the Swanky Fish Restaurant (5 hours each). There was no mention of the Falls, and I've checked the Decorations, Buildings, and Inventory lists, and nothing. |

Right after I sped up Homer and Lisa's Swanky Fish tasks they prompted the building of the falls.
