I loved it. Thought it was a very cool concept and exciting. But I agree with stacykan, it went a little long. 24 hours would have been great, but then less people would vote.

I don't know. I was surprised that there weren't more votes overall anyway so I'm not sure if a shorter vote time would be better.

I would say no in general as I would be afraid of a low voter turnout. But if I am not mistaken the final round between me and G0THAMGIRL had the lowest voter turnout of any round judging by the results. I wondered why that was. Was it because people lost interest due to the longer time frame of the earlier rounds or because it took place as people were getting forgetting about Halloween? If that was the case then shorter time frames for voting make sense. If I remember correctly the first round went like 4 days due to the weekend. I even admit it was hard to remember to check in to view the results and to recall when a new round was suppose to start. Perhaps making strict 48 hour voting blocks? The first two rounds seemed really awesome. It was only the final round that seemed to wane in interest and I would have to think it was just because the contest took so long and people forgot about it.
