I just went to login and I got a popup that some long crazy name was logged into my account. So I logged out and now I can't log back in. I clicked the "I forgot password" and nothing has came to my e-mail.

Don't freak out - this is EA remember. This tends to happen when there are server problems. I have had it before, and also had the same thing happen this morning. I am back in again OK now though, so just sit tight for a while. It may help to re-start the app.

It happened to me too (apparently a bug in the game) not a hack, so don’t panic. With mine I just relogged in. But if that doesn’t work for you, others are saying to try deleting and redownloading the app 🙂

Alright, I'm back in. Not sure if its good or bad. I thought this was going to be the final straw and finally give up on this game.

Happened to me I kept changing my pw and it was still doin it. But once I found out it was a common problem deleting the app and reinstalling fixed it

I just got this today. Logging in and out again seems to have fixed it in my case.

Lol 😂 I got the exact same thing just now.
After reading this thread I thought let me try this out so I started the game....
Then this showed up....
After tapping “continue’ nothing happened so I closed off the app,and restarted /the game. Then this came up.....
So I logged in with my credentials then this came up
So I closed the game another time,and run it anew. Then this came up
Lol seriously? So I closed the game another time restarted it then my account was just there without having to log in again.
So I hit the login mokkabee button and there I was.... logged in to the game finally 😂
If I didn’t know,it I’d would say EA has a serious problem 🤣😂

I got tired of re-starting too, so I finally re-installed, and the problems went away.

Probably too late, but the long number name is just your username converted to a hash that is only useful to EA and your game. Basically, it’s just your unique game ID.
So nothing to worry about being hacked, just EAs unrealiable servers.
I’m not sure if it’s new or not, but now if you don’t sign in when you reinstall the game and download everything, you now get a prompt that you are logged in anonymous.
