What is going on with this update? It loaded fine, and I'm progressing in the "Pass, Puff, Puff Pt. 1" mini-event, but my game is so messed up now: - Game ran though 5+ mini-events when loaded.
- Pie Mania quest in stuck in taskbar (finished during mini-event months/years ago).
- Finished-task finder does not work (broken/unresponsive).
- Collect income/ IRS radius is small (was maxed-out/IRS building is still gold, but tiny radius).
- One Night Stan's no longer builds crosswalks - not even an option.
- Tire Fire producing Red Ribbons (why??).
- Mr. Burn's money pile small and back to the beginning (was maxed-out).
- Rail Yard Bonus Donuts broken (can hand in cogs & widgets without payouts).
- Weekly Mystery Box is back(?).
- Friend Points at Level 1 and stuck collecting at "1/1" (was maxed-out for years).
I cleared the cache, deleted data, logged out, uninstalled/reinstalled... it's just all wiggity wack. This is a known bug that was first introduced with the Time Travel event last year. I have been hit with this bug 3 times. Here is the thread I have reported this same issue on these forums. Here is the thread with players reporting being hit with this for over 9 months HERE. But there are the two posts I posted over that that will help you...... Bottom line....have them roll back your game NOW to the last FULL day your game worked (i.e. the day before your game broke)....be firm....do not accept their boiler plate.... "we are looking into it"..."I have escalated it and they will get back to you"....."report it in the forums".....answers. Be polite.....but be firm (do NOT take the boiler plate canned answers).......be persistent...... and you will get help to roll back your game. I have the best results with phone calls. If one will not roll my game back, immediately request another call. You eventually get a rep who is willing to roll your game back.

They reset my game back to March 6th, and that seems to have fixed everything. I lost what I crafted at the end of 'Ruffians' and had to start over with this minievent, but I suppose it could be worse.

Yup....I went over 4 months and across 6 events before they fixed mine last time.... I am glad you are all set again!!!!

I was just hit by that same game killing glitch for the 5th time ( 2nd time in last 2 weeks).
Now have to restart event from beginning today......probably won't be able to finish now.

If you get the premium characters and building, hold off on starting their quest lines and just have them earn event currency for now, I think you can be done by next Wednesday. I should be done by tomorrow and I haven't been the most diligent about collecting every few hours.

Well not since they broke my game for again after second log in after they fixed it again. 3rd time they broke it in 2 weeks.

You probably don't want to give up on your town, but it would be hard for me to keep going after all this. Do you know if your town crashes your neighbors' game when they visit you?

This glitch was introduced during the Time Travel event 9 months ago. I have been hit with this glitch 6 times over the last 9 months, 3 times over the last 2 weeks. In the last 9 months, I have been forced to play with a broken game 5 months of that time.
But it is not just a curse on my town........Looking across several TSTO forums / blogs, I know that over 100 players have reported this glitch to EA (with a HUGE spike since the St Patrick's Day event update) and each of the 6 times I have talked to them when I have been with it, they act like this is a totally new issue that they have never heard about, let alone after 9 months of reports to EA have a long term solution for it.
