This has definitely been a partial outage throughout as users like myself have not ha any issues. Working in IT, I’d guess there is one or more servers or databases within EA’s server infrastructure that are experiencing issues. If it is a database issue, that would explain why users on that server are only impacted while others are fine. Alternatively if it is just a presentation or an application server that you are stuck on, some people appear to have gotten working again by deletin their game and reinstalling to try and kill the persistence you have being stuck pointing at a bad server. If you have an alternate device, it might be worth trying these kind of steps on that. Thanks so much for responding. I have tried my other device and still cannot connect. I am not a member, but I have read on the EA forum, that there are still many like me. Must be a big problem. I have no choice but to wait it out. |

Glad you liked it 😂😆🤣 Try also my date ladoo recommendation (see the other thread) for a guilt-free tasty sweet treat and nothing is better on the end of a painful hard working day than date ladoo.  With that recipe instruction you can do it yourself at home, it’s very simple to do.   |

I couldn’t log in yesterday at all either. (Melbourne, Australia ) but I just figured it was my stupid ISP or my iPad just being fussy. I just logged in now and it’s all good =)

Mine seems to be resetting itself, two days in a row I've had to log in followed by hours and hours of "updates". I've just come out of it now, bored of watching it doing "update 512 of 8 million" or whatever it's on.
