Hello! I've been registered here for a few weeks but up until now, hadn't taken the plunge and actually said "hi" yet. So now that's out of the way, I'll get down to business. First off, apologies if there's a thread for this, but I searched and didn't find anything. Anyway, a few nights ago I was watching "Homer the Great" and there were certain things in the episode that kept grabbing my attention as potential tasks for this game. Such as: Make Homer Desecrate Hallowed Sacred Parchment (60m) and Make Homer Drag Stone of Shame (24h). Then I started thinking that we have almost all of the key characters from the Stonecutters in the game, maybe they could all get an alternative skin and new tasks? It would likely mean EA branching off with their own ideas based on the episode, which I'm not sure if they'd do, but it'd be pretty interesting, I think. They could add Stonecutters Lodge, Number One as a new character (if only they could get Patrick Stewart audio to go with it!) and even the weird little Alien that's a member. He could fill the "Funzo/Burns Monster" role of premium character that's fun at first but you then wish you could hide. lol. So, would you be interested in seeing updates themed around classic episodes? If so, any ideas? Might be an interesting way of passing the time while we wait for the next update.  |

My favorite episode is probably still the Electric Shock Aversion Therapy one, but it might be hard to come up with outdoor activities for it. 2. Springfiled gorge, have Bart ollie the gorge
3. Dr. Zaius
4. Troy McClure
5. Some sort of mini game where bart and milhouse drink slurpies and go bonkers all over town

Oh man, I really wish this game would have "Blast From the Past" episode tie ins. I'm pretty amazed that they've released some of the rarer items that I only dreamed of a few months ago (Escalator to Nowhere, Mt. Carlmore), so it gives me a lot of hope that just about anything will be released.
"Homer the Vigilante" is one of my favs, and would be fun; Malloy the Cat Burgler could be released along with a Vigilante Homer Outfit and the Springfield Museum. Homer & Barney could have joint tasks "doing secret handshake" and "whipping the neighborhood into shape." (only downside is that Malloy is voiced by celebrity Sam Neill.)
"Lisa's Wedding" would be a great episode to base content on. Since it's in the future, you could get the old versions of many characters: Eye Patch Moe, Wheelchair Krusty, Phantom of the Opera Martin, Homer in Tuxedo, Milhouse, Maggie, etc. Could also have Renaissance Costume for Wiggum and Lunchlady Doris if released.
There could be some fun group outfit themes: B-Sharps task where they all sang on top of Moe's. The Pin Pals could be fun, but with no obvious visible tasks, meh...(I like the Stonecutter's idea, cool building as well.)
Animal tie-ins would be great. Stampy! Laddie! Maybe Poochie? Plopper the pig (aka Spider Pig)!!!!
As for Character Skins, "Chili Cookoff Smithers" from Homer's hot pepper episode, "Resort Smithers" from his vacation episode would be funny, "Cool Lisa" from 'Summer of 4 ft. 2", and how about Homer interacting with the Canon from the "HomerPalooza" episode?
What about more Building Skins (like the Heck House for the Church)? Bagel Boy for Lard Lad. Uncle Moe's Family Feedbag would be cool for Moe's.

Damn this thread! Now my brain is flooding with my favorite episodes!
Can't believe I forgot about Springfield University with Dean Peterson. He could play bass with the Pretenders, and Homer could pull pranks on him. Could also have some of the college dweebs as additional characters.
Does FOX still have NASCAR? If so, what about a Speedway promotion? Daredevil Lance Murdock could be released (with the Gorge as premium?), and Maude Simpson could also be released if there ever was a time. It's probably too much to hope for a "Maude get hit by T-Shirt" task.
I love the Alien Burns idea; especially if it came with Jimbo and one of his tasks was "look for Pearl Jam tickets"!

I am for all of these ideas! Stonecutters is one of my favorite episodes. Anything that is a call back to the classic Simpsons is a plus in my mind.

Flaming Moes skin for moes. You could have Moe advertising it out front. I love the idea of a an episode with the pin pals and b-sharps. We have all the characters and locations already.
Since we have Springfields' other 3 follies already could that be a premonition of us getting the Monorail at some point.
