Smh I don't know how it is in the US but over here in the UK it looks like yes we have to pay £4.99 and that picture I took as a screen shot from my own iPad so I guess it's real. Perhaps they will update it later and make it available for donuts but who knows?  |

Just browsed thru craftables, mostly recycled looks like. Several of them say "You already have this" and I've not even unlocked. Lovely. I do like the monster capturing animation, though. Wish more kids could join in, suppose that comes later in event.

I’m stuck too. I heard there was SVT skin that can only be bought with real money too, not even donuts... Yeah...this is true, and it's not the only one. There appear to be 6 (!) skins, characters, or decorations that you can only get by spending money on donuts... |

Same here, I only see on the stack of 60 another character from a pervious event, which i didnt buy still there. So if you havent bought that before, you need to buy it before you get SVT skin |

And no trick or treat tasks for the kids?
I'm disappointed by the event. Again 3 acts, 40 days and that stupid crafting.

This morning I got Shelbyville Manhattan for $5, but then the 60 doughnuts for $5 was gone and I couldn't get SVT's skin, has anyone else has this problem?

FYI, you get 120 Donuts with the Squeaky-Voiced Teen skin: "It doesn’t look like it but when you purchase SVT not only do you get 60 donuts for the purchase, but you do in fact get 60 bonus donuts. So you get the SVT costume AND 120 donuts for $4.99." I've tried to be positive about this update, but I'm probably going to nuke my town tomorrow. I wish I could play one of the Halloween events I missed. |

Good news, the Squeaky Voice Peasant is out but his first wouldn't high light in yellow when I pressed him.
Think the bugs are still getting worked out?
Edit: Only his first task won't be in yellow, as long as his does the task it will still move forward.

I just discovered you can send up to 4 characters to capture a monster. The slots with the curtains are not locked. You get 50 event currency for every slot, so it's the same to send 4 on one monster or to 4 monsters each one.
I'll see in 4 hours if this increases the speed to capture Kearneymon as it's needed for the questline.
