EA quietly re-released some mini-events on Thursday, for those of us who missed them. The current theory is that the "date for classic mini events (9/28-10/02) is the window of time you have to log into your game in order to trigger access to those events." When you complete one missed mini-event, another missed mini-event begins. They go in this order: Deep Space Homer Homer's Chiliad Homer the Heretic is the one I got, and it was the only one I missed. There is no time limit. Rommelwood Academy

There seems to be a problem with the deep space homer mini event. It is asking me to place the rocket launch pad and when I place it nothing else happens and the event got stuck. Nothing goes any further. I tried putting it back into inventory and taking it out again but nothing. Not happy about this to say the least....  |

If you are playing the Deep Space Homer event don't forget to send Bart, Lisa and Marge on their 6 hour task "Gather Space Food". It's an easter egg and you get 5 donuts when all 3 completed the task.

Yes the idea is good. Or neat as you put it but in my case it looks like something went wrong as i am stuck now and can not continue. So what’s the moral of this all? If you bring back old events make sure they work without bugs. Now I have this open task on the left of my screen and can’t finish it for whatever reason. It’s not the end of the world but it annoys me a bit |

If you bring back old events make sure they work without bugs. Now I have this open task on the left of my screen and can’t finish it for whatever reason. It’s not the end of the world but it annoys me a bit Have you completed the event when it was the first time around? In your picture there is already the space ship on the launch pad. I'm playing the event in my anonymous town and the launch pad is empty. The space ship is the last prize of the prize track. |

I understand, so it’s my fault for messing with the time line. I remember there was a glitch with the launch pad. In my main town I have one with a rocket I can launch and an empty one. Maybe you are experiencing the result of this glitch now. |

I fixed it. There was another update when I logged in on my other iOS device. After that i could continue the event.

Be careful with Homer the Heretic, the Store will let you buy the "Sponsored Church" facade multiple times.

I just unlocked the chili crop. The message said it pays out 6 chilis every 3 hours. I planted the chili, but it shows only $ and XP as a reward. I'll see if it gives chili as a reward too when it's ready.
