One has been heavily investing in the new land that was a made available during this update. However, my strip of land that runs along the southern edge of the map isn't working the way you would think it would. It should allow me to place houses and decorations, and to put down new roads and rivers. It doesn't. I can place things but not extend my roads and rivers onto it. The little checked boxes don't appear either.
Is this an issue others are having? If it is, then how would one go about sorting such a thing?
