Moe's is now a pop only venue...
Don't know why Leon can't do rock. Sure he's the king of pop, but he's versatile.

Strange. This time Moe's took a rock act and Kwik E Mart went pop.

Agreed, right now I have all venues on rockstars right now but earlier had only pop artist going to Moe's. |

I finished Act I early (not as much of a slog as the last event, which I've already forgotten) so I'm taking a few days off. I know I could stock up on briefs and tickets and help my friends, but I look forward to days off more than events now. You know the next act starts Early tomorrow, right?! Yeah, I worded it awkwardly. I dreaded having to fire it up today. I'm trying to enjoy summer. Here in New England we're very Stark: Winter is Coming. I want to enjoy the weather while it lasts. I've seen snow in September. Want to enjoy the beach while it's semi-swimmable. |

I have to say, I'm really enjoying the different combos on the two visible stages. I really hope we get to keep those jobs somehow after the event.

Using the right arrow the game cycles through: Rock Stage, Pop Stage, Simpson House, then Moe's and Kwik-E-Mart though I don't remember which is first. Right after I claimed my previous task payouts, starting from Rock Stage, if I press the left arrow from Rock Stage then Moe's and Kwik-E-Mart take rockers. If I press the right arrow through Pop Stage and Simpson House, then Moe's and Kwik-E-Mart take pop singers. If I come to one from the left then cycle around to the other from the right, then one takes one and one takes the other. At least that's how I remember it.  I know I said that in a confusing way, lol. It must be a glitch. But yeah, like others have said, for now Moe's Tavern and the Kwik-E-Mart sometimes take rock performers and sometimes pop. (Simpsons House always takes rockers.) |

I'm 99% sure it was the school, but it's early and I haven't had a drop of coffee yet. What's bugging me is that you can't always use the same people on the same stage. I tried collecting from the finished act at the Simpson's house, Moe's and pretty sure it was the Kwik-e-Mart too and couldn't reassign one or both of the people who had been there leaving me short. Why does this need to be so complicated? It should be this group can do this stage, that group can do another stage and some can do all. Not this bit about well this group can do the stage, but only on a Tuesday during a solar eclipse and only if the 4th Thursday of the month is a full blue moon. I might want to go get my coffee now before I get smashy smashy here. |

Two Pop at the school. Only one time have I had to leave a venue unjammed, for lack of Pop performers. I guess that gets helped when Weird Al's job comes in (today, for me) and the final prize. But in the meantime I'm trying slowbro method above. So far so good |

I'm rather clueless about who goes where. Couple of times I have ended with a venue empty and now it will be more difficult.
The performers have an icon to tell, but what about the venue?
Is there a guide anywhere? Help!
Edit: It looks like Krusty Burger will be a venue, probably during the third act.
Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, or on rotation; who knows?

I would guess the whole Moe's & Kwik-E-Mart switching thing between rock and pop is a glitch. I have been as confused by it as everyone else, heh. I hope it gets fixed. We got an update for the five-year anniversary. I haven't really checked whether anything changed, with the venues and such. I had ignored the symbols until today, lol. I take it blue with a hand means rock, headphones means pop and dollar sign means hip hop? ... edit: One time today Moe's was pop and Apu's was rock, later Moe's was rock and Apu's was pop ...  If my method ever did work it doesn't work now, lol. |

Man, I regret buying L. T. Smash. His 4 hour task has a drone flying across the screen. And similar to Norbert or Arnie accidentally tapping it brings you to his building. So annoying.

I've started clearing all the venues and then starting with the school working backwards filling them by assigning characters who only have that one style of music first. So far it seems to be working.

Has anybody noticed any difference in how much (by which I mean how little) of your town is visible in a screen shot? I feel like there's been a change this week. Am I imaging this? Or is it town specific based on how many items you've got?
If it gets much worse, I feel like just one of these ginormous buildings they give us will take up the whole screen!
