The new pride updated broke several things in my game. - When I first loaded the game after the update I got several notices that I had several old tasks that I finished that were not completed, but I was still able to do them. Then the old tasks never showed up on my task side bar.
- You know that box in the top left of the screen where you can tap on a character and it will jump to them to collect their completed task? I still see it, but it no longer jumps to any characters. So now I am left with randomly exploring my town to find them or look up each character one at a time in Town Hall.
- And all of my Springfield Heights factories are reset. I now have to pay to unlock all characters again in order to get coffee cups / drugs / PDAs / Golden Statues / Star Maps
I am now contacting EA tech support, but has anyone else had any issues with the new update resetting several areas of their games? |

Mine didn't save a couple times but besides that it has been normal.

EA only wrote back to say uninstall .... reinstall.... try on another device......did all that, and told them I did according to their direction w no effect and same problems.
Haven't heard back from then in a week now.......

Mine crashed like a bitch and was unplayable. Also many things were missing from inventory.
Unfortunately for any help I could offer, all was fixed with an uninstall/reinstall. Except that I did have to reboot the device several times.

So....EA actually did break my game. It took them like 2 months. They had to revert my game back to the day before the Pride Event started.
But by then I lost about 200 items I purchased or earned at the end of the 4th Of July event through the Pride Event during the 8 weeks since the time they reverted it to. They did give me all the missing items back plus 150 Donuts.

Good to hear they gave you items back. Did they give you the Pride stuff you missed out on?
