You have to make a GIF or video though, simply posting the screen shots doesn't work.
You can get almost everyone in one picture. They should be in costume or doing some crazy task.
The first picture is the family off task except Marge who is carrying Maggie. The second picture is almost the same, except Bart, Lisa, Homer, and Grandpa will now be on task. Both of these pictures are zoomed in and focused on the family. The third picture is zoomed out and shows the whole town involved in shenanigans.

I deleted my roads and all my characters jammed togheter. So I gave up

Dude, there is a very simple answer just waiting for you to grasp it... how to get those other characters out of the site... you can do it! And then you have to animate them together for the badge. The contest allowed just pictures. The special badge requires animation.
I put all my buildings in storage (on my second town) except for simpsons character related buildings. I removed all my roads except for a short section outside the simpsons house. Put marge on her walk maggie task. snapped 1st pic. restored more buildings and got a few other characters. snapped 2nd pic. restored all buildings and brought out pets etc and put them on outdoor whacky animated tasks (ride mechanical bull, pogo etc) and zoomed out full. snapped 3rd pic.

Ok, I think I did this right. But maybe not. I read the rules 15 times and I'm still not sure, but I think this works... First pic- all the Simpsons, off task, except Marge walking Maggie
Second- Homer Shake
Third- as many Springfield residents as I could get(31 total, 24 playable, 7 non-task) on task
Do I need to list the tasks each character is doing in the last pic?
Also, I know I need an animation, is a slide show good enough(no idea how to make a gif)?

Ah, I had no idea this challenge was still open. I enjoyed making the Hullabalooza pic so I thought I'd try this one out too. I spent a good portion of the day making this, in honor of Supernatural's version of the Harlem Shake:

D'oh-tastrophe Inc., I used more than the three shots to do the clip because it seemed more fun like that, but if it doesn't qualify for the badge just let me know and I will put one together with just the 3.
